At alice&bruce, we are committed to delivering your luxury-inspired 30% Eau de Parfum as swiftly and safely as possible. Our goal is to offer a premium shopping experience from the moment you order to the moment your fragrance arrives at your doorstep.

Whether you're in a metro city or a remote town, we ensure that your perfume is delivered on time, in excellent condition, and with full tracking support.


Shipping Availability

We currently ship to all deliverable locations across India. If your pin code is serviceable by our logistics partners, you can enjoy fast and reliable shipping of your favorite alice&bruce perfumes.

In rare cases where a pin code is unserviceable, our customer support team will reach out to you with alternative solutions or provide a full refund.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday to Saturday) will be dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Our warehouse team works diligently to ensure your order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible.


Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2 to 3 business days

  • Tier II/III Cities: 3 to 5 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5 to 7 business days

We work with multiple courier partners to ensure the fastest delivery based on your location and accessibility.


Shipping Charges

We provide a transparent and customer-friendly shipping policy:

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders, regardless of the order value.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹90 flat fee per order.

  • Orders Below ₹999 (Prepaid or COD): ₹90 shipping charge applies.

You will see the exact shipping charge (if any) during the checkout process before payment.


Packaging Standards

Each order is packed in an alice&bruce-branded box with shock-resistant materials to protect the perfume bottles. All items are sealed and handled in a hygienic environment to ensure freshness and quality.

We use discreet outer packaging that ensures the contents are not visible and protects the fragrance from temperature and light exposure during transit.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email and SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the real-time status of your delivery on the courier’s website. If you face any tracking issues or delays, our customer support team is available to assist.


Failed Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)

If a delivery is not completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unavailability of the recipient

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

The shipment may be marked as "Return to Origin" (RTO). In such cases:

  • The customer will be responsible for paying both the original and return shipping costs for re-dispatch.

  • For prepaid orders, we will deduct the actual two-way shipping charges before processing a refund.

To avoid these issues, please double-check your delivery address at checkout and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.


Address Change After Order

If you wish to change the delivery address after placing the order, please contact us within 1 hour of order placement. Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders, regardless of order value. Orders paid via COD or those below ₹999 may include nominal charges.

2. What is the shipping charge for Cash on Delivery?
For COD orders, a flat ₹90 fee is applied to cover processing and handling.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery timelines vary by location:

  • Metro cities: 2–3 business days

  • Tier II/III towns: 3–5 business days

  • Rural areas: 5–7 business days

4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS, which lets you monitor the delivery status in real time.

5. Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not yet available.

6. Can I change my address after placing the order?
