At alice&bruce, we value your trust. While we strive for perfection in every order, we understand that returns and refunds may sometimes be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, and the process to ensure quick and fair resolution.


Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging with the seal intact.

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect and verified with proof (unboxing video and photos).

  • The return has been approved by our support team prior to dispatch.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in these cases:

  • Opened, tested, or partially used perfumes

  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice

  • Returns initiated after 7 days from delivery

  • No unboxing video submitted for damaged/wrong items

  • Sale items marked “non-returnable” or “final sale”


Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Request
    Email us at support@aliceandbruce.com with your order number, reason for refund, and relevant evidence (images/video).

  2. Review & Approval
    Our support team will verify your request within 24–48 hours. If approved, you'll receive the return address and shipping instructions.

  3. Return Shipment
    Once we receive the returned product and complete the quality check, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.


Refund Modes

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking).

  • COD Orders: You’ll be asked for bank account details. Refunds are issued via NEFT or IMPS.

We do not offer refunds via wallet credits or store credit unless requested.


Shipping & COD Charges

Refunds include product value only. Original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The package was damaged upon delivery and rejected

In such cases, we’ll refund the entire amount, including shipping and COD charges.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared within the expected time:

  1. Check your bank or payment service

  2. Look for a confirmation email from us

  3. Contact your bank or payment provider for processing timelines

Once your returned product passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

2. Will I be refunded for shipping or COD charges?
Shipping and COD fees are refunded only if the error was ours (damaged, wrong, or missing product).

3. Do I need to return the product to get a refund?
Yes, the product must be returned in its original, unopened condition unless otherwise instructed by our support team.

4. What if I refuse delivery of the package?
Refused deliveries are returned to us. Once received, we’ll deduct the shipping cost and refund the balance.

5. Can I get a refund without a video of the product?
For claims related to damage, leakage, or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. No exceptions.

6. How will I be refunded for a COD order?
We will ask for your bank account details to transfer the refund securely.
