While we take every measure to deliver high-quality luxury-inspired 30% EDP perfumes, we understand that there may be rare occasions where things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve designed a customer-friendly returns and exchanges policy to give you peace of mind.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with intact seal and labels.

Return must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Items must be returned in saleable condition, without any damage.
Due to the personal nature of perfumes, used or opened items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Get Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with a return approval and shipping instructions. -
Ship the Product Back
Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided. For valid returns (our fault), return shipping charges will be reimbursed. -
Inspection & Approval
Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect the item. Once approved, the exchange or refund process begins.
Refunds

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection approval.

COD Orders: We’ll ask for your bank details to process the refund.

Refunds exclude original shipping or COD charges unless the error was ours.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product (same item replacement), we'll ship the replacement after verifying the returned product.

Free exchange shipping is offered if you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item.

Order Cancellations
